Frederick A. Obediente

Mr. Obediente has undergraduate degrees in Industrial Administration from Purdue University and in Commerce with an accounting specialization (CPA) from the Universidad Nacional de Panamá. He also possesses a MBA degree from Columbia University. Mr. Obediente is a Managing Partner of INDESA.

For more than twenty-three years he has worked in the fields of finance and information technology, being appointed as Vice President of Banco Continental, assuming the leadership role in redesigning and integrating several bank processes and mergers. He has also been appointed CFO in Copa Airlines, Chairman and CEO of Telered, Senior Corporate Operations Officer at Citibank, and Finance Manager of IBM Panama.

Mr. Obediente is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Telered, S.A. and Compañía Inmobiliaria San Felipe, S.A.
